I will only accept payment through paypal in USD and it must be sent in FULL before I will start working on your order.

I offer unlimited revisions on each order while I am working on it WITHIN REASON. If I have to start your design from scratch it will cost extra.

I will allow SMALL revisions up to one week of completion . 

Refunds will be made in full if the order has not been started. 

Refunds will be issued at 50% of the payment if I've started your order and you cancel.

I WILL NOT issue refunds for parts of a bundle that you do not want.  

Custom designs (made to order) will not be resold or redistributed unless agreed upon by the client and myself.

I reserve the right to refuse your order.

Unless otherwise agreed upon I request that you credit me in connection to all orders completed. 

You can NOT claim any of my work/edits/material as your own. You can NOT resell any of my products for your own profit. 

I will have a form for you to fill out to save time. When you first contact me I will respond with an estimated time to finish your order, the form and my paypal information and I will send you an invoice.

. Can I see designs before I pay?
A. No. I request payment in full before I will start on your order. I DO offer unlimited revisions and will send previews of my progress as I work on your order until you are satisfied.

Q. What size are your designs?
A. I have everything defaulted to 1920x1080 except for headers (varies depending on what site you need it for), icons and panels. Hud size for league overlays is defaulted to 50, map size is 100. I have the camera resolution set to 16:9. If you need something else it needs to be requested in the form otherwise everything will be default and changes will cost more because chances are I'll have to redo everything.

Q. Is there a limit to how many characters can be in one order?
A. Yes! I have backgrounds, banners and twitch screens set to three characters max. Overlays are set to a two character limit and icons/panels are only one character max. All designs will include one character each, anything else will cost extra. 

Q. Do you use other art besides the official stuff from Riot/Blizzard/etc?
A. No. 

Q. I need my order ASAP! Can you do it now?
A. I do all orders in the order I recieved payment. If you absolutely need a rush order I will charge an extra $10-$30+ depending on the size of your order.

Q. What program(s) do you use?
A. I primarily use Photostop CC 2017! I’ve also started using Cinema 4D for 3D text.

Q. Do you draw emotes/art?

A. No, but I’m more than happy to send you some emote artists!
